Spinach, pineapple juice, banana, grapes, and kiwi - We put all the ingredients into the food processor and mixed. We've also included avocado, zucchini and apple. So simple - So tasty!
Leprechaun Juice
Last year for St. Patrick's Day we made Leprechaun Juice. We modified the recipe a little to match with the ingredients we had in the house. The easy to make and tasty drink was part of the Green Week Meal Plan on the Teaching Good Eaters blog.

Yum I love green smoothies lucky me ;) Thanks for sharing do you know how much of each you put in?
ReplyDeleteHa! Definitely not. I have lots of trouble following recipes exactly. Usually I put in what I have available. Spinach, avocados, bananas, grapes, zucchini, pineapple juice and kiwi taste pretty good together in lots of different amounts. Have fun.
DeleteWhat a cute and healthy idea!

Sounds delish! I'm not sure about the looks of it, but I really need to get over the green"ness" of it and just give it a try. Thanks for the motivation! :)
