Amos's Sweater - Knitting Story Book

Using a Knifty Knitter is a good way to introduce young children to knitting and Amos's Sweater is the perfect book to go with the project. Knit Leg Warmers or hats are a good beginning knitting projects for kids a little older. My mother has passed her love of knitting onto me and my daughter and we have knit many sweaters, animals, and hats. More knitting project ideas can be found on our craft page.

Amos's Sweater is a wonderful companion to any knitting lesson or project.

Amos's Sweater is a cute children's book about a sheep who doesn't want to have his wool cut. After his wool is knit into a sweater he wants the sweater for himself. Finally he gets the sweater and can be spotted in the pasture wearing his own wool.
