Grumbeerpannkuche und Abbelschmeer

Potato Pancakes and Applesauce is a traditional German fall favorite dish. We had a beautiful day eating lunch at the preschool fall festival.
 
 They are made from potatoes, flour, eggs, salt, and any other vegetables the cook would like to add. Then fried in sunflower oil.
