Bratwurst, Rotwurst, Weisswurst and many more! We just have bratwurst, but here they have many more names for meat. German's love their meat! There are many regional specialties and favorites. In our area they love rotwurst (red) or weisswurst (white) on white rolls similar in size to a hamburger bun. The meat is so long it sticks far out of both sides of the bun.

In Nurnberg the buns are the same, but they put three small sausages on them.
